Your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any cancellation made after July 1st, but before November 28, 2026, will result in a loss of 50% of the total trip fees paid to date, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Any cancellation made on or after November 28, 2026, will result in a total loss of all funds paid thus far.
Travel insurance is required for participation. We suggest a comprehensive policy covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and trip interruption.
We reserve the right to cancel this pilgrimage if a minimum enrollment of 10 participants is not met. In that event, all payments, including your deposit, will be refunded in full.
