This course provides an introduction to several tools that can help us ground into our bodies using breath, visualization, EFT, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and more. When we aren’t grounded, we can feel like we are flailing. We become disconnected from our body, from Mother Earth, from our own inner GPS, and from the present moment. There are a number of tools that we can use to bring us back to ourselves. This course begins by exploring some of the reasons we become untethered (stress, anxiety, etc.), and how this affects our physical and mental health. We then explore several different tools to help us relieve our stress, reconnect with our bodies, and regain our alignment. Each day explores a new meditation, or other tool that you can come back to time and time again.
