Service Description

12 weeks • 90 minute classes The journey to healing, awakening, and developing a relationship with your spiritual team and higher self is a process that lasts a lifetime. This small and intimate class meets once a week for 3 months and is designed to create a safe, supported, and sacred space to dive deep within. Over the course of these three months, you will meet and learn to communicate directly to your spiritual team. You will learn tools to heal past and present trauma, to calm your nervous system, stabilize and protect your energy, and work intimately with your spirit guides and angels.
